📦 Unopened & Unplanted Seed Packets – Full Refund
Not happy with your seeds? No problem. Return unopened packets in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including original shipping. You cover return shipping.
🌾 Planted Seeds – No Cash Refunds (But We'll Help!)
Once seeds are in the ground, we can't accept returns due to the nature of live plant material. But if your seeds fail to thrive despite proper care, we'll step up with:
- Free replacement seeds for next season
- Personalized growing advice from our team
- Store credit equal to 50% of purchase price
📋 Damaged or Wrong Items
Seeds arrive damaged, moldy, or incorrect? Contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll send replacements immediately and cover return shipping.
